Listen to upcoming 7" by Kid Armor

Kid Armor is a really cool new youth crew band from Southern California and they will have a debut 7" Better Days released by Commitment Records. Pre-orders for the record have already started, check it out here. Musically, it's upbeat and raw, with tons of strong riffs and gang vocals. A lot of their lyrics deal with dangers of taking drugs and the band is not shy about their straight edge stance. I expect to see kids slamming hard to tracks like Better Days or Pound, great stuff!

Upward - Pushed Aside

Upward hails from Milan, Italy and been around since the beginning of 2011. The band plays what you can call youth crew old school hardcore taking influences from bands like Ten Yard Fight , Floorpunch, Mental... you know the deal. The tempos are fast, the vocals angry and tight and overall the band is badass if you're into this type of stuff. Support the young band on their road to riches! Download.

New releases from Set Me Free

Set Me Free, an Italian straight edge band, has dropped two releases last April, in case you missed it. Walkin' The Line, a CD EP released by Open Up Records (Belgium), and split 7" with Motivation from Hungary released by Honest for Truth. Here you can listen both.

On Parade - Demo 2010

On Parade are from Bakersfield, CA and with their 2010 demo bring five slabs of fast, raw old school hardcore. There’s a strong SSD, Judge or DYS influences throughout the demo so prepare for some adrenaline pumping tempos with occasional powerful breakdowns now and there. That’s the beauty of it – they don’t fuck with heavy metal, there are no double bass breakdowns, nor tougher-than-thou attitudes. This stuff has been released on 7” by Desensitized Records.
